The Kuyper Volleyball team lost a competitive NCCAA II match to Boyce College (Louisville, KY) on Tuesday night. The Cougars traveled down to Boyce College for the match, where they lost 3 sets to 0. 

The first set of the match was a tightly-contested set, but the Cougars fell just short by a score of 25-27. The scores of the second and third sets were 22-25 and 14-25. 

Angelita Ledesma had an excellent night of serving, as she set a school record of 8 aces in one match. She also led the Cougars with 17 assists on the night. Jada Munro led the Cougars with 12 kills, and Addisyn Headworth added 6 kills to the Cougars' effort. Jada Munro led the Cougars with 9 digs. Kelsey quiggin and Angelita Ledesma each added 6 digs. 

The loss moves the Cougars 3-17 (3-4 NCCAA II) on the season. Kuyper returns to action on Saturday, October 21st with an exhibition road match at Dayspring Bible College in Illinois. The match is set to begin at 12:00pm ET.
