The Kuyper College Developmental - Black team lost on Saturday afternoon in a cross-town matchup with the Grace Christian University JV team. The final score was 74-77. The Cougars went into the halftime break up 40-33, but they were unable to secure the win in the second half. 

Greogry Thomas III filled the stat sheet for the Cougars, as he finished with 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Brady Thompson added 17 points on 8-11 shooting from the field. Dior Partee added 16 points. Kevin Tobe and Ashtyn Simerson each grabbed 8 rebounds for the Cougars on the afternoon. 

The Developmental - Black team moves to 4-14 on the year. They will rematch with Grace Christian on February 15th at 3:00pm.
