The Kuyper College Developmental - Purple team defeated Dayspring Bible College on Friday by a score of 72-60. The Cougars defeated Dayspring Bible twice earlier this year. This marked the third matchup of the year between the Cougars and the Eagles, but the first time in Mundelein, IL for these two teams. 

Kuyper shot the three better than Dayspring on Friday evening, and that proved to be the dfference. Kuyper made 9 more threes than Dayspring on 19.3% higher from the arc as well. 

Damon Jackson led the Cougars with a career-high 23 points. Grady Schippers also logged a career-high of 20 points and 11 rebounds. This was Schippers' first double-double of the yaer. Terrance Murphy added 10 points for the Cougars. 

Kuyper Developmental - Purple improves to 6-14 on the year with the win, and they will take on Dayspring again on Saturday at 1:00pm.
