The Cougars dropped their match on Friday night at Crown College by a final score of 0-3 sets. This match was the first match of a two-match road trip for the Cougars in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. 

The Cougars lost the three sets by scores of 13-25, 8-25, and 15-25. It was encougaring for the Cougars to earn their highest scoring total of the match in the third set. They will look to build on that momentum on Saturday against North Central University. 

Addisyn Headworth led the Cougars with 4 kills, while Ariel Talsma added 2 kills to the Cougars' effort. Angelita Ledesma led Kuyper with 5 assists, and she also logged 2 service aces on the evening. Ledesma also had a team-high 13 digs on the match. Lillie Golm and Aniya Fisher each added 6 digs to the Cougars' effort.

Kuyper moves to 0-4 on the year, but they will look to earn their first victory of the season on Saturday at North Central University. The match will begin at 12:00pm ET.
