The Kuyper College Volleyball team lost on Wednesday night by a score of 3-0 in a match at Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing. This matchup was Kuyper's first matchup against a fellow NCCAA Midwest Regional opponent. The Cougars and Crusaders were competitive for much of the match, but Great Lakes did a better job finishing sets than the Cougars. High-level serving fueled Great Lakes in the matchup, as they had 14 aces to Kuyper's 4 aces.Â
Addisyn Headworth led the Cougars with 6 kills on the evening.
Angelita Ledesma added 4 kills to the Cougars' effort.
Angelita Ledesma also led the Cougars with 7 assists. On the defensive end,
Lillie Golm led Kuyper with 10 digs.

Kuyper moves to 0-8 on the year, and 0-2 in the NCCAA II. They take on Moody Bible Institute on Friday night at Grace Christian University. The match is set to begin at 5:00pm.Â
