The Kuyper College Volleyball team hosted Andrews University on Thursday evening. The Cougars defeated the Cardinals in four sets. 

Kuyper dropped the first set to the Cardinals by a score of 25-23. The Cougars stormed back late in the set to give themselves a chance, but they were unable to close it out. However, the Cougars responded well, as they won the next two sets 25-12 and 25-13. In the fourth set, the Cougars won 25-20 and secured the win. 

Kuyper was led by Rachel Romero, who finished the match with 19 kills. Aliyah Garner added 16 kills and 14 digs. Trina Nelson led the Cougars with 19 assists, while Catherine Cone added 13 assists. Brooke Moore had a great night as well, as she logged 6 aces. 

Kuyper earns their fourth win of the year, and they will take on Andrews again on Tuesday, October 28th.
