Kuyper College JV - Black lost their home opener on November 6th to Spring Arbor University JV. The final score was 99-78. 

Kuyper struggled to slow down Spring Arbor's high-powered offense, and Kuyper was unable to keep up. Spring Arbor led 39-37 at the half, but a big second half for Spring Arbor led to the loss for Kuyper.

Kayven Medley led Kuyper with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Kameron Hairston added 15 points. Deonte Bibbs and Omari Peak each scored double figures for the Cougars as well, as Bibbs finished with 12 points and 5 rebounds, while Peak added 11 points.
