The Kuyper College JV - Gold team lost to Great Lakes Christian JV in the quarterfinals of the 2025 Cougar Classic JV Tournament on Friday. The final score was 81-65. The Cougars really struggled to get going offensively in this one, leading to a Great Lakes win. Kuyper shot just 34.7% from the field, 19.0% from three, and 52.9% from the free throw line. They were unable to get any sort of rhythm offensively.

Corey Pritchett led the Cougars with 18 points and 9 rebounds. Gregory Thomas III added 17 points.
