- Co-Owner and Head Coach of the Grand Rapids Fusion (semi-pro organization) - led Fusion to an IBA Championship 
- Has had 11 IBA All-Stars, and IBA League MVP, an IBA Rookie of the Year, and an IBA 6th Man of th Year
- Assistant Coach for the Battle Creek Flight (semi-pro organization) 
- Catholic Central HS, Union HS, and Lee HS

Playing Career:
- Catholic Central High School and Creston High School
- University of Findlay - played basketball and competed in track and field
- University of Michigan - track and field
- Qualified for 1992 Olympics Team Trials for 100m hurdles
- Milan, Italy - played four seasons of professional basketball overseas
