The Kuyper College Men's Basketball team earned another NCCAA II Top 10 win on Saturday. The Cougars defeated the Pioneers of Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg by a score of 81-78. This marked the final game of the Mideast vs. Midwest Classic, where the Cougars finished 3-0. The Cougars defeated Welch, Boyce, and Campbellsville Harrodsburg in the invitational. The Pioneers are ranked #4 in the nation, so this marks another top 10 win for the Cougars. 

The Cougars narrowed out a tight win over the Pioneers, where Elisha Searcy hit a free throw to put the Cougars up 3 late in the game. Kuyper was able to get a stop to secure the win. 

Kuyper was led by guard Danyel Bibbs. Bibbs finished with 25 points, 5 rebiounds, and 4 assists. Damion Cochran added 17 points on 7-10 shooting. Elisha Searcy and Herman Brown each added 12 to the Cougars' effort. 

Kuyper is now 11-4 on the season and 9-2 in the NCCAA II. The Cougars are back to it on Saturday, January 13th, where they will host Maranatha Baptist University at 3:00pm ET.
