Box Score The Kuyper JV - Gold team defeated Great Lakes Christian JV on Wednesday evening by a score of 78-75. The Cougars lost a close one to the Crusaders on Tuesday, and they played them back to back days. The Cougars were able to avenge the loss behind a game-winning three at the buzzer by Christan Stokes. 

The Cougars and Crusaders played another close game, but a nice second-half run gave the Cougars the lead, and they were able to hold on. The game was tied at 75 with 13 seconds left, and Kuyper had the ball. Christian Stokes made an off-the-dribble 3 with 1 second remaining in the game. 

Stokes hit the big shot, and he also finished the game with 12 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. Gregory Thomas III had a great game, as he finished with 19 points and 4 assists. Keith Parker added 16 points and 7 rebounds for the Cougars. Corey Pritchett scored 13 points and logged 6 assists for Kuyper. 

Kuyper JV - Gold earned their first win of the year in this game, making them 1-3 on the year. They take on Calvin University at home on Thursday evening at 7:00pm.
