The Kuyper College JV - Gold team lost to the Great Lakes Christian JV team on Tuesday evening 84-74. This was the first match-up of the year between the Cougars and the Crusaders. 

Kuyper led by 12 at the halftime break. However, turnovers and fastbreak points led to a huge second half for the Crusaders. 

Keith Parker led the Cougars with 23 points. James Weaver added 16 points. Corey Pritchett finished with a team-high 11 rebounds, and Zamire Jackson led the way with 7 assists.

Kuyper moved to 0-3 on the year with the loss.
