The Kuyper College JV - Gold team fell at home on Thursday evening to Kennedy Collegiate Prep. Kennedy is a prep school from Canada (Windsor, Ontario). They are in Grand Rapids for the weekend, and they will play one game against each of Kuyper's 3 JV teams. The Cougars struggled from the jump in this one. Kennedy forced 24 turnovers on the Cougars, and that led to countless transition scoring opportunities for Kennedy. In addition to Kennedy's ability to force turnovers, they were also able to limit Kuyper to just 34..1% from the field and 14.3% from three. 

Kuyper went into the halftime break down 52-30, and they ended up losing the game 100-71. 

Corey Pritchett led the way for Kuyper with 17 points and 14 rebounds. Kevon Hess added 11 points on 3-5 shooting from three. Elijah Flemming finished with 6 points and 7 rebounds for Kuyper. 

Kuyper JV - Gold moves to 4-6 on the season. They travel to Chicago on Saturday to take on Dayspring Bible College. The game will be played at NOW Arena, home of the Chicago Bulls G-League Affiliate, the Windy City Bulls. The game will begin at 2:00pm ET.
