The Kuyper College Developmental - Black team defeated the Kalamazoo Cougars on Thursday afternoon by a score of 74-73. The game was held in downtown Grand Rapids at Van Andel Arena. After the game, both teams got to stay and enjoy the Grand Rapids Gold NBA G-League game. 

Kuyper was led by Kevin Tobe, who finished with 21 points on 7-11 shooting from the field. Gregory Thomas III added 12 points and 7 rebounds for the Cougars. Dior Partee and Austin Kohlman each finished with 10 points as well.

Kuyper improves to 4-13 on the year with the win. They return to action on Saturday with a big game at Grace Christian University at 1:00pm.
