The Kuyper College Men's Basketball team closed out their road trip with another win over Appalachian Bible College on Saturday. The Cougars defeated the Warriors by a final score of 79-38. This marked the third win of the weekend for the Cougars, as they defeated Crown College on Thursday and Appalachian Bible on Friday. Similar to Friday's game at Appalachian Bible, the Cougars gained an early lead and never looked back. 

Coach Gary Bailey was able to get all 14 active Cougars minutes in this game once again. 12 of the 14 Cougars were able to get in the scoring column. Herman Brown and Austin Stone led the Cougars with 12 points each. Asutin Stone also earned his first career double-double, as he finished the game with 10 rebounds to go along with his 12 points. Danyel Bibbs added 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. Damion Cochran and Elijah Searcy each finished with 9 points and 5 rebounds. 

With the win, the Cougars improve to 18-6 on the year and 14-3 in the NCCAA II. The Cougars travel to Lansing, MI on Tuesday to take on Midwest Regional opponent, Great Lakes Christian College. This will be the second matchup of the year for the Cougars and the Crusaders. Kuyper took round one back on January 17th by a score of 86-65.
