Volleyball Falls In Three Sets at Montcalm CC

The Kuyper College Volleyball team lost on Tuesday night by a socre of 0-3. The final scores of each set were 12-25, 17-25, 6-25.

Kuyper was led by Briana Howard on the night, as she finished the evening with 3 kills. Addisyn Headworth and Angelita Ledesma each added 2 kills to the Cougars' effort. Angelita Ledesma led with 4 assists. Defensively, the Cougars got 13 digs from Angelita Ledesma. Trina Nelson added 6 digs, and Briana Howard, Lillie Golm, and Addisyn Headworth each added 5 digs. 

The Cougars move to 0-6 on the year with Tuesday's lost, but they will have a chance to avenge this loss on Thursday night, as they will host Montcalm Community College once again for the Cougars' home opener. The match will begin at 6:30pm.
