Kuyper College JV - Black lost to Great Lakes Christian JV on December 18th by a score of 99-87. 

The Cougars were unable to get enough stops on the defensive end of the floor to win the game. Additionally, the Cougars lost the turnover battle 22-12 in the game. 

LJ McCullough led Kuyper with a nice double-double, as he finished with 21 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists. Kevin Strait added 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. He shot an impressive 10/11 from the free throw line as well. Corbin Heckman returned to action after missing a few games due to injury. He finished with 14 points and 5 rebounds in his return. Dylan Walsh also reached double-figures in scoring for Kuyper as well, as he poured in 11 points for Kuyper. 

JV - Black moves to 3-9 on the year with the loss to the Crusaders. They return to action on January 17th, where they will take on the Kuyper College JV - Gold team.
