Kuyper College JV - Purple traveled to Holland, Michigan on November 5th, to take on the Flying Dutchmen of Hope College. The Cougars fell to the Flying Dutchmen by a score of 99-55.

Hope controlled the game from start to finish in this one. Hope led 52-33 at the half, and went on to win 99-55. Hope shot an efficient 50.7% from the field. Hope's defense was stifling for the Cougars, holding Kuyper to just 30.9% from the field on the evening. 

Rase Sherwood Jr. led the Cougars with 12 points on 4 made threes. Aden Moorhead added 11 points and 6 rebounds for the Cougars. Matt Ritter led the Cougars with 7 assists, while also pouring in 9 points. Ryan Patterson grabbed a team-high 9 rebounds for Kuyper. 

The Cougars drop to 0-2 on the year with the loss.
