Kuyper College JV - Purple traveled just a few minutes down the road on Friday night, where they earned a big win over Cornerstone University JV. The Cougars defeated the Golden Eagles by a score of 83-77.

Cornerstone led early in this one, but Ryan Patterson and Terrance Murphy gave the Cougars' offense a much-needed spark, which got Kuyper right back in the game. At the half, the game was tied 38-38. Each team led multiple different times throughout the game, but Kuyper made enough plays down the stretch to earn the win. 

Terrance Murphy led Kuyper with 25 points. Ryan Patterson had another monster double-double, as Patterson finished the game with 22 points and 14 rebounds. He also dished out 5 assists. Damon Jackson added 13 points. 

Kuyper improved to 3-10 on the year with the win.
