The Kuyper College Volleyball program took on Alice Lloyd College on Friday evening. The Cougars lost to the Eagles in four sets. 

Kuyper took the first set by a score of 25-17. The Cougars went on a great run late in the first half to earn the match-opening set. However, Alice Lloyd regained the momentum in set 2, by winning 25-17. The Eagles took the following two sets, earning the road victory over the Cougars. 

Despite the loss, Kuyper showed improvement and multiple positive signs. Freshman Aliyah Garner logged 13 kills, which tied a school record for kills in a match. Catherine Cone set up many of those kills with great sets, as Cone finished with 17 assists. Brooke Moore led the Cougars with an impressive 20 digs. 

Kuyper drops to 0-2 on the season with the loss.
