The Kuyper College Men's Soccer program has signed Garrett Brown, a goalkeeper from Caldwell, Ohio. Brown graduated from Caldwell High School this year. Garrett is the son of Josh and Staci Brown.

Garrett brings high-level goalkeeper play to the Cougars defense. He was named All-Conference twice in his career at Caldwell HS. Additionally, he was named All-Ohioan for his impressive play in the net. Brown logged over 500 saves in his career with Caldwell. 

Brown intends to study Sports Management at Kuyper. 

Kuyper Head Coach Salvation Nkiko is excited to announce the addition of Brown to his program. When asked about the signing, Nkiko said, "We are pleased to welcome Garrett to the squad. With his control of his area and leadership, he will be an assett to the Cougars this fall!"

Garrett is excited to be able to continue his soccer career here at Kuyper. Brown said, "I am most excited to get to follow my dreams and play soccer at the college level." 

Brown and the Cougars begin their 2025 campaign on Saturday, where they travel to Muskegon Community College for a 1:00pm match. See the full Kuyper schedule here.
