The Kuyper College Men's Basketball program volunteered and helped lead the Grant Youth Basketball Camp in early June. The Cougars and the Grant Tigers are connected, as Kuyper Head Coach Gary Bailey played his college basketball at Jordan College, under Grant Head Coach Dan George. However, their coaching relationship does not end there, as Coach George was an Assistant Coach on Coach Bailey's staff at Grace Christian University for 17 seasons. They won 7 NCCAA II National Championships together during that tenure at Grace Christian. 

Kuyper has signed Sincere Hatch to their 2025 recruiting class, who played at Grant last season. Kuyper staff and players volunteered at the camp, leading skill development stations, having fun with the youth players, and more. It was a great experience for the Kuyper program to give back to the Grant youth basketball program.
