The Cougars continue piece together an outstanding roster with the addition of 6'3" Caleb Dewey out of Edinburgh High School.

Caleb is the son of Jennifer and Tim Bryant and Chad and Brandie Dewey.  He has four brothers Jacob, Braylon, Caden and Braden. 

Dewey had a stellar career at Edinburgh HS becoming the schools all-time leading scorer and finishing his career with 1,670 points.  Averaging 19.2 ppg, 6.8 rpg, and 2.6 apg he was recognized for many awards.  A four year All-Conference player, he was an IBCA Top 100 player two times, All County four years, IBCA Top 60 Senior Showcase Participant, 2021 County Player of the Year, and 2022-23 2nd Team All State.

"Caleb has the ball handling skills and ability to get to the basket to play the point and the outside shooting to play the 2 or 3," said Coach Gary Bailey.  "His size and athleticism will create problems for smaller defenders.  It was a great honor for Coach Ash and I to be at Caleb's game when he broke the school record.  It is something I won't forget as the crowd and his teammates honored him with an ovation."

"From the moment Coach Bailey reached out, he made me fell wanted", said Dewey.  "On my first visit to the campus the faculty and staff welcomed me with open arms."
